Shipping Policy
Every A Cozy Mess print and t-shirt is printed to order by our production partner, so your order is made just for you and then shipped directly to you.
Production time
Orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time start processing the next business day. You'll get an order confirmation email right away. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping rates
- United States: FREE shipping on all orders, no minimum.
- FREE shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and these European countries: Aland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden, Ukraine, and Vatican City.
- All other countries: $10.99 USD flat rate for prints and posters. T-shirts ship free worldwide.

Estimated delivery times
After your order ships, typical transit times are:

Total time from order to delivery = production (2–5 business days) + transit. For example, most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can add time.
Holiday ordering
For US delivery by Christmas, please place your order by December 11. International orders take longer, so please order as early as you can. Orders placed after these dates are still produced and shipped as quickly as possible but may arrive after the holiday.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless they're collected at checkout, these charges are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping rates. We can't control customs processing times.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time above, email us at hi@acozymess.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.
Address accuracy and P.O. boxes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can't change an order once it has shipped. Some carriers can't deliver to P.O. boxes; if your address is a P.O. box, contact us and we'll confirm whether it can be delivered. For packages returned because of an incorrect address, see our Refund Policy.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We'll replace or refund it.
