Order Processing

  • We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hi@acozymess.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. Please see the Refund policy for further details on Refunds.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

US & Canada Shipping Rates

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for US and Canada without any Order minimums.

International Shipping

  • We OFFER International Shipping. Please reach out to hi@acozymess.com if you have any specific requests.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@acozymess.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

  • Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
